We're Committed to Being a Safe Hotel in Tennessee

As we navigate these uncertain times, please know our commitment to the health & safety of our guests and employees, remains our number one priority. Our hotel management team continues to monitor the evolving impact of COVID-19 and are operating within the guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control and State of TN. Carnegie Hotel has enacted additional COVID-19 cleanliness-specific guidelines & policies to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. These include:

  • Face masks recommended prior to entry - thank you for helping keep our community safe.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning public areas including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, and room keys.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting protocols, after departure and before guest arrival, including the removal and or increased cleaning of all “high touch” items.
  • Increased deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers throughout the property.
  • Protective barriers and masks provided to employees and guests, subject to availability.
  • We ask that guests who have been exposed, diagnosed, or believe themselves to exhibit COVID-19 symptoms, please make the decision to stay home. If a hotel guest were to exhibit symptoms, we ask that you please notify a staff member immediately.
  • Carnegie Hotel Bell & Shuttle Services have been discontinued until further notice. 
  • “High Touch” items, such as but not limited to, TV Guides, Pads, Pens, and Brochures, have been removed from room. In addition, all TV remotes are thoroughly sanitized and pre-packaged for each newly arriving guest.
  • Carnegie Hotel will continue to offer same-day Housekeeping services, by request only, before 11am. Guest requesting Housekeeping services after 11am will be scheduled for service the following day.
  • Freshly laundered towels, linen, and in-room amenities are available for delivery 24 hours a day. We kindly ask any “used” towels or linen, be placed outside your hotel door for pick-up, using the black bag, located under the hair dryer, in your room.
  • Our Front Desk Ambassadors are available to assist you, 24 hours a day, by dialing “0” on your in-room phone, or toll free 1-866-757-8277.
