What to Expect
Our goal at Austin Springs Spa is to make your visit with us as relaxing and hassle-free as possible, so please feel free to wear your most comfortable clothing and no jewelry. When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, leave the details to us. A robe and slippers will be provided to you, and you can even bring your own slippers if you wish. Private changing areas with lockers are available for your convenience. Showers are located within each treatment area of the Austin Springs Spa Johnson City.
For best results all Body Treatments, Wraps, and Facials are recommended in a series. One treatment per week will show optimal results. Please ask about our Treatment Series Packages. When you purchase a series of the same five treatments, you will receive your sixth treatment complimentary. Austin Springs Spa staff recommends home spa regimens to ensure complete satisfaction of your services. Please visit our boutique for the same quality products used in our services.
Check In
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you time to check in and prepare for your service. You may also want to enjoy the sauna prior to your treatment. Late arrivals will cause services to be cut short.
Personal Items
Please do not bring any valuables, such as jewelry, to the Spa. The Spa is not responsible for any lost items while at the facility. Wear what is comfortable; we will provide you with a robe and sandals for your treatments. Our staff is trained to drape your appropriately for privacy for your treatments. Austin Springs Spa is a cell phone free facility. Please do not bring your phone with you so we can ensure you and other clients are able to completely enjoy your treatments and relax. If you must bring it with you, please turn it off before entering the spa. If your child does not have an appointment, please do not bring them with you as we do not offer day care facilities.
Cancellation Policy
Because the Spa and Salon are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule. Should you not cancel 24 hrs before your appointment or no-show your credit card or gift card will be charged for 50% of your days total services. Our reception staff will call to confirm your appointment 48 hrs in advance. Giving your credit card number when you book your appointment is confirmation that you understand and agree to our policies.
Payments
We gladly accept most major credit cards and personal checks. A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks. Gratuities are gladly accepted and are not included in the price of services. A credit card guarantee is required when scheduling your spa services.
Gift Certificates
They are an ideal gift for any occasion. Phone and mail orders are available. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash, are non-refundable, and expiration dates are adhered to. Services in packages may not be altered.
Boutique
We have a Retail Boutique with our spa product lines and gift items available for purchase. We also carry an extensive line of PEVONIA skin care products formulated in Switzerland from the purest and most potent natural botanical ingredients that nature has to offer. We also offer the first mineral make-up, Franche.
